Einar® 4645 is a lipophilic non-ionic emulsifier with ability to form water-in-oil emulsions with luxurious texture and long-lasting hydration. It creates a soft, smooth and nourishing finish without leaving a heavy or greasy residue. It reduces interfacial tension between pigments and oils, improving wetting and reducing agglomeration. It works very well with hydrophobic pigments.
