Einar® 4221 is a multi-functional lipophilic non-ionic emulsifier that can thicken surfactant-based cleansing systems improving their texture and mildness without significantly altering their foaming performance. As a mild antimicrobial agent, it improves the preservative efficacy in the product and reduces odor- causing bacteria on the skin when applied, making it ideal for deodorants. As a co-emulsifier in O/W emulsion, it enhances texture, glide and sensory performance thereby improving softness and spreadability.
