Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate
Einar® 4934 is an anionic O/W emulsifier that works synergistically
with other anionic emulsifiers to enhance emulsion stability and sensory
profile. It can generate fine oil droplets during emulsification leading to
high viscosity emulsions. Being multifunctional ingredients, it is often
employed to thicken salt-non-responsive surfactant systems.
