Maybe this is why our staff turnover is amazingly low. And why over 270 Palsgaard people have been awarded the Palsgaard medal, for service of either 25 or 40 years.
In fact, more than 30 staff members have celebrated their 40-year jubilees. Four have been with us for 50 years and one, Knud Brix, famously celebrated 65 years with Palsgaard.
