  • Palsgaard® ExtruIce 303
    DESCRIPTION

    Palsgaard® ExtruIce 303 is a palm-free and non-PHO integrated blend of emulsifier and stabilisers, specifically Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), Tara gum (E417) and Carrageenan (E407) (standardised with sucrose).

    Palsgaard® ExtruIce 303 is developed for use in extruded ice cream and soft ice but may also be used for standard ice cream, milk ice, and frozen vegan deserts.
