Our two fully equipped chocolate pilot plants in Denmark and Mexico enable us to share our complete understanding of the complex, dynamic nature of chocolate manufacturing technology with you.

Palsgaard's chocolate pilot plants are fully equipped with mixing, refining, conching and tempering equipment, plus cooling machinery.

With this equipment, Palsgaard can study the effect of emulsifiers at every stage of the manufacturing process. In addition to traditional chocolate pilot plant, Palsgaard also has an all-in-one refiner/conche, suitable for the production of a wide range of confectionery articles such as chocolate, compound coatings, chocolate spreads, fillings and ice cream coatings.
