Palsgaard appoints new directors

Benny Jakobsen (left) will take over as Production Director when Leif Knudsen (middle) retires. Jakob Thøisen (right) will also become CEO of Palsgaard A/S

Palsgaard is pleased to announce that as of 1 October 2011 its management structure will be as follows:

  • Sales & Marketing Director Jakob Thøisen has also become CEO of Palsgaard A/S. Birger Brix continues as Chairman of Palsgaard A/S as well as CEO of the Schou Foundation which owns Palsgaard A/S. 
     
  • Production Director Leif Knudsen has decided to retire after 27 years at Palsgaard and will be replaced by Benny Jakobsen, who will also have the responsibility for the construction of Palsgaard's new factory in Malaysia. Leif Knudsen will continue as a consultant until 1 January 2012.
