Palsgaard is specialised in emulsifiers. We invented and patented the first commercial emulsifier a century ago and we haven't stopped inventing since – in more ways than one. Not only are we continuously improving our existing emulsifiers and emulsifier/stabilizer solutions, we also create new ones from scratch and help our customers make the most of them as our technical experts travel the Globe to help food manufacturers create new and innovative solutions.

At GulFood Manufacturing, we’ll present a number of new emulsifiers and stabilizers and applications of these within bakery, confectionery, dairy, ice cream, margarine and mayonnaise and dressings. At the show our technical experts will be ready to discuss your challenges and how our emulsifiers and stabilizers and know how can help you overcome these.
Using our application centers on three continents and our know-how in global trends and production processes, we help customers test and develop new products or improve existing recipes for their products based on our emulsifiers or emulsifier/stabilizer solutions.
We take our corporate social responsibility very seriously at Palsgaard. This is, however, nothing new - and we're not just adapting to market pressures. Our founding principles, established over 90 years ago, have always demanded that we look after our people and our environment. By 2015, for example, we will only use RSPO-certified palm oil, and we have pledged to become CO2 neutral by 2020.
