Pilot facilities narrow the gap between idea and production

 

 

We see ourselves as part of our customer's R&D unit. Our prime aim is to make the distance between an idea and the finished product as short as possible. To reach our goal, we have set up pilot facilities in all the application areas we work with ie. bakery, chocolate, dairy, ice cream, fine foods and lipids.

 

We have application centres all over the world. This enables us to be in close contact with our customers throughout the entire process of preparing a particular product for production. During this process, we analyse the various phases and modify the end product so that it hits consumer preferences in the relevant market.

 

Palsgaard´s products for the industry are tested under industrial conditions before their release in order to ensure optimum functionality. Our testing process ensures unique confidence in your product.

 

Our customers may wish to alter one or more of their basic ingredients. This may require a change of emulsifier. Or perhaps there may be some other advantage to be gained,due to a product behaviour change, or during the manufacturing process?

 

Whatever the scenario, we can contribute by fine-tuning the processes, testing the effects in our pilot facilities and preparing the product for full-scale production.
